By using this website and booking services through SHARE JAPAN, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
SHARE JAPAN provides Japanese language experiences and private lessons, including in-person sessions at partner venues.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email.
3. Payment
Payment is made at the venue on the day of the event unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed per person and do not include applicable New York City sales tax or gratuity.
4. Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify schedules, locations, or services as needed.
5. Changes & Availability
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to the full lesson price. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full fee may be charged.
6. Participation
SHARE JAPAN is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of personal belongings
- Issues arising from third-party venues
7. Liability
Participants are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or special needs in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by SHARE JAPAN and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
