We kindly note that all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a fee of up to the full amount.

In the event that we need to cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
